??There are many people in any country who are doubtful or suspicious about the vaccine against novel corona-virus disease.
??To inoculate against the virus, a doctor comes to a place where people from U.K., France, German, and U.S. just happen to be present at the right time.
??"This is the vaccine for you," the doctor says. First, a British is called.
British:??"No thanks."
Doctor: "Gentlemen are all to have vaccine inoculation."
??Without turning hair, the British got a preventive shot.
Doctor:??"Well, German. It's your turn!"
German: "That's very tempting but no thanks."
Doctor: "I’m not asking for, but I’m telling."
??Obediently, the German got vaccinated.
Doctor:??"Next is your turn, American."
American: "I refuse vaccinations."
Doctor: "Oh, you should have known it. Your neighbor have already finished a vaccination."
??Changing suddenly, the American agreed to get a shot.
Doctor: "Thank you for waiting, French. It's finally your turn."
French: "I don't need a vaccine."
Doctor: "Gentlemen are all to have vaccine inoculation."
French: "Who cares?"
Doctor: "I’m not asking for, but I’m telling."
French: "No way!"
Doctor: "Oh, you should have known it. Your neighbor have already finished a vaccination."
French: "So what?"
Doctor: "Who on earth are you?"
French: "A real Frenchman!"
Doctor: "Oh, that's funny. Then, anyway, it means that you have no right to get vaccinated."
French: "What was that? How dare you say I don't have the right??!!"
??In the end, the French also decided to have an inoculation against the virus.
French people would certainly laugh at the way this small talk unfolds. I wonder what kind of joke will be possible about Japanese people.
Doctor:??"Is there any person who hasn't been called yet?"
Japanese:??"Present here."
Doctor:??"You look an Asian."
Japanese:??"I'm a Japanese. Today I accompanied my French husband."
Doctor:??"You may have vaccine inoculation, if you wish."
Japanese:??"Thank you for encouraging me to, but I’m afraid I can’t."
Doctor:??"Why?"
Japanese:??"In Japan, as of today, no one has openly gotten vaccinated."
Doctor:??"In France, you are also a regular citizen sharing liberty, equality, and fraternity together with us. It's entirely up to you whether or not to have an inoculation."
Japanese:??"I can't easily go ahead of having a vaccine shot as one of the Japanese."
Doctor:??"I'm not asking for, but I'm providing you the opportunity. Here in this republic, your choice won't be blamed."
?? Realizing that her husband has the same opinion, the Japanese woman moved on to get vaccinated.
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (1/ 27/ 2021)
Doctor:??"Possibly, could there be non-Westerners?"
French:??"Here, I brought my Japanese friend, but he says he just came here as an observer."
????Realizing that he cannot disregard the world standard, the Japanese embarrassingly moved on to get vaccinated.
