日本語化ご苦労様です。
「TL2JPSynergiesMOD」を導入したら幾つかおかしな事が起きました。
スタート地点の野営所？で一番最初に受けるべきクエストが受けれなかったです。「！」が該当NPCの頭上に無かった。
その野営所を出て狩りをしていたら黄金の鍵が落ちましたが、それを拾った瞬間エラー落ちしました。
小さめのエラーウィンドウが出てゲームは強制終了。そのウィンドウには
「Curses!Torchilight Ⅱ has crashed!」Please tell use what was happwning when the game crashed (we really do read these!)
メッセージ欄もありましたがそこは空白でした。
両方とも初めての経験です。 >>928に書かれた注意事項３点はしっかり行いました。他に余計な事は一切していません（今まで入れていたMODを外したり、新たなMODを入れたり等）。

おそらく言語オプションで
Japanese and English[E] または Japanese and English[J] を指定しているのだと思います。
このオプションは海外の方とマルチをやりたいと言うニーズに応えるために作りました。
ただし、これらを指定した場合、いくつかの部分が日本語化されない問題があります。
この問題の対処方法は未だにわかっていません。また、改善する予定もありませんので、もし支障がなければ Japanese[E] または Japanese[J] で起動していただければうまく日本語化できます。
バーサーカー（スキル名及び説明内でのスキル名の和訳は除く）
Howl：「効果範囲：5 meters」の部分は他と合わせて「効果範囲：5m」に
ストームクロウ：「Require base melee...」の部分の和訳
エンジニア（スキル名及び説明内でのスキル名の和訳は除く）
