鍵である情報は、胚が胎児になる間の時への妊娠から、三つの段階（nutfahとalaqahとmadghah）がそれぞれ40日かかり、
40 + 40 + 40 = 120日の合計期間がかかることである。そしてその後、凝血は骨に変じさせられ、
次いで神は「骨に肉を着せた（クルアーン23章13-14節）」。そして最後に子供の性別が天使によって割り当てられる。
