いくつか気付いた点を。
① A Cityは The City Aの方がいいでしょう。A Cityでは Aを一瞬 不定冠詞のaと勘違いします。
② As well as・・・これは A as well as Bで、AとBが等位になるはずなんですが、refreshing environmentがBだとすると、Aは何になるんでしょうか？
③ surrounded withは surrounded byの方がいいでしょう。covered withの類推か ...
④ refreshing environment・・・ 間違いではないでしょうけど、組み合わせ的に不自然です。refreshingを活かすならrefreshing atmosphere、 environmentを活かすなら pleasant environmentの方が形容詞と名詞が馴染むでしょう。
⑤ it is very convenient ・・・この出だしだと、to+不定詞が続くのが予期されます。それと、itよりも The Cityというように 主語を明確にした方がいいでしょう。また、convenientもここではちょっと違和感を感じます。
⑥ because of・・・ これは悪いことの原因で使うことが多いので、thanks toの方がいいでしょう。
⑤ three railways ・・・これだと３つの鉄道会社が乗り入れているイメージです。これは 鉄道会社の数に関係なく 全部で３路線と言いたいと思うので、 three different lines of railwayの方が妥当でしょう。
