Cameron Sinclair has followed the issue of worker rights since he saw the dark side of the construction industry a few years ago.
he said that 1.1 million of construction workers in the UAE are under a severe environment.
thousands of them lost even a way to go back to their countries, so he named them boom-and-bust refugees.
he urged that we shouldn't forget those labors fate lay behind gorgeous buildings.
and then, he wanted us to think to keep them from such unethical things.
The speaker mentions the unfolding issue of worker rights for migrant workers in the UAE.
Since 2009 more than 300 skyscrapers in the UAE have been put on hold or cancelled.
And these are workers who have lost everything and they can't go back to their countries.
They were abandoned.
He appealed to people to not forget these men.
