Well, what you should do is keeping your action and changing your thinking. You don't have to do everything completely. If you abandon what you should, you could get enough time to do what you must. Make sure whether your action is right or wrong.
In my opinion, now you try to do everything completely. However, your action interrupt what you must do. So, you got in to trouble. Take it easy! I know it is difficult for you to select what are more important for your future. However, When you find your priorities, you could have interests and motivation.
