A hacker managed to interrupt broadcasts from a local programming channel (believed to serve several smaller communities in the county of Niobrara) and aired his/her own video. The video contained numerous clips of disembodied, human heads showing various emotions and poses. The camera position changed often (usually every rednightlotus ten-to-fifteen seconds) and the video was often interrupted by a SPECIAL PRESENTATION announcement. This clip is taken from one of these intervals.

自分も「日本も国防的に自立できたらいいのに」とは思うが、このBBSタイトルほどアグレッシブなことは言えない。
こういうこと断定的に主張するのって、大抵リチャードコ◯ミズとか中◯系 ‘地下’ 組織寄りの人たちだ。
複数の人に、「リチャードコ◯ミズって知ってるか？」と聞くと、大抵「統一協会とかオウム真理教のようなカルト団体か自称ジャーナリストの人？」と知ってる人は応える。

Why has American military continued to invade Japan ?
You alien forces are cruel .
You did drop atomic bombs in Japan and genocide of Japanese citizen.
But American government has not apologized about it and
they haven't payed compensation for damages at all yet .
We Japanese never forgive You the US until doing that !
