Swastika has two types which implicate different concepts.

A rest cross starts to rotate, it's accelerated and the rotating cross at high velocity finally turns out to be like a disk due to a perceptual phenomenon called 'apparent movement' .
I think that a feature of Swastika means a transient state from a rest cross to a disk as a result from apparent movements.
