Because HAp produced by this method ( alternate immersion method ) are low in crystality, it’s supposed that though this ingredient induces bone-generation, on the other hand, it can be resolved and absorbed into the living tissue.
Then, an implantation test in a macaca fascicularis was executed to make sure of usefulness, safety for bone-generation under cooperation between medicine and engineering.

HAp-gels had been homogenized so as to be like a paste for improving operability, such gels had been implanted into a macaca fascicularis with extracted teeth and the state after 90 days from the implantation was observed.
So that, it was made clear that bleeding is stopped within one-minute at the implanted part in comparison with parts without such treatments and the treatment promotes regeneration of alveolar bone.
