This EULA (including any addendum or amendment to this EULA which is included with the Software) are the entire agreement between you and Microsoft relating to the Software and the support services (if any) and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this EULA.

23.完全合意/分離可能性
本契約書 (本ソフトウェアに付属する本契約書への追加条項または修正条項を含む) は、本ソフトウェアならびにサポートサービス (該当する場合) についてのお客様とマイクロソフトとの間の完全なる合意であり、本契約書が適用される本ソフトウェアまたはその他の内容に関しての、すべての口頭または書面による意思表示、提案、表明よりも優先して適用されます。

日本語の方では、prior or contemporaneous　が抜けてるが、日本語訳で細かい点を省くことは、よくあること？
