but almost of them cannot use nicely as it is.
The reason of this,I think,is that they don't try to use English daily.
Though they are able to understand English for entering university etc,
they hardly write or speak by English.
Actually,writing in English is the best way to master it,,,maybe.

I'm just a typical Japanese.
