French cuisine by far offers the best combination of diversity, flavor, and harmony.
It integrated the cuisines of its Spanish and Italian neighbors, and it added it’s own vast heritage.
Chinese cuisine is highly diversified as well, but it lacks the brilliance. Thai cuisine is very tasty,
but not very diversified. Good list.
