Arthritis pain can be very debilitating. When joints hurt in your lower extremities hips, knees, and especially your feet comfortable shoes can be soothing. Actually any shoe that soothes and comforts is a find. People like to share what works. Have you found comfortable shoes that you would recommend to others with arthritis? You know, the kind of shoes that are so good you buy more than one pair and keep an extra pair or so in reserve. None of my shoes fit me and I needed shoes to go back to work light duty. WELL THE BIG TOE JOINT AND IF NOT ONLY FOR THE MBT SHOES I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GO FOR LONG WALKS . I could not walk or stand without shoes causing more pain. They are comfortable. Wide enough to not constrict my foot. Variety of styles. They have extra depth and wide widths that will accomodate insoles or any orthotics. I started out several years ago with the 844, with the model 846 being the current design. They have great support and are lightweight. One can wear them for casual but not for work unless they allow athletic type shoes.
