Cable your controller to your PC or Mac via the micro USB port located on the bottom.
On the SteelSeries downloads page there is a firmware updater file
you can download for either Windows or OSX here.

Is the Stratus compatible with iOS10?

Unfortunately the Stratus is not compatible with iOS 10.
We do not advise updating to iOS 10
if you plan to continue using your Stratus
as the update does break functionality with the controller.

Yes! The SteelSeries Stratus Gaming Controller is now compatible with iOS 10.
To enable compatibility, a firmware update is required.

To do the firmware update, please follow the steps below:
1. Connect the Stratus controller via a USB cable to your Mac or PC.
2. Please visit steelseries.com/downloads and find the appropriate Firmware Update tool for your system.
3. Download and run the firmware update application.
4. Follow the steps in the application to complete the firmware update.
