Based on the Moody ranking agency, Russian bank deposits in Cyprus complete $31 billion: $12 billion deposited by Russian banking companies and $19 billion by organizations and men and women. Half of that cash will now be dropped. Though this will not be a crushing blow into the Russian financial state, the influence of the Cypriot expropriation will likely get its toll on Russia GDP. So may all of it are actually deliberately plotted by some hostile forces?
