少なくとも、意味と文法的には正しいぞ。
「使用規則」は「プレイ」についてのことだけ、
「處置」は「プレイ以外（転載、翻訳）」のことも含まれるよ。
なぜ「とりあえず結論だけ知りたい」を「如果只想看規則」や
「守好當地的相關法規」を「守當地的法律」にするのもわからん…
