エンコードの設定はプロファイルのサンプルにある NVEnc 自動 フィールドシフト 24p
ですが、エンコードの途中で失敗します。
プロファイルを選択するとエンコーダの追加オプションに以下が入ります。
--vpp-afs preset=anime,24fps=true,timecode=true -c hevc --profile main10
