OS のバージョン：Windows 10 Pro 2004

・ruby 2.7.1p83
・AozoraEpub3 1.1.1b4Q

何が起きたのか：
epubファイルが作成されなくなった。

再現方法（何をやったら起こったのか詳細に）：
AozoraEpub3 を1.1.0b46から上述のものにアップデートし、
Rubyもアップデートして、Narou.rbを再インストールしたところ、

1.epubファイルが作成されなくなりました。
2.Web UI 上では『EPUBファイルを出力しました』と表示されます。
3.Web UI 上で複数作品を選択して『Convert』を実行しても、一番上の作品しかログには表示されません。
