Started to move over various things to a new attribute system
様々なものを新しい属性システム上に移し始めた

∟ Item attributes using NBT tags:
NBTタグを使ったアイテムの属性

∟ Attributes can be additive, multiplicative and additive using a set value
属性の値は足したり掛けたりできる

∟ Some items have default modifiers
一部のアイテムはデフォルトの修飾語句を持っている

∟ Examples: A bow that slows the holder, a helm that buffs health, etc.
例：所持していると遅くなる弓、HPに何らかの影響を与える (？) 頭防具などなど
