I personally feel news4plus should be 18+ and on Pink Channel. However I know my personal
feelings are not in the rest of the community's feelings. So when I put the new local rule on

他の感情と違うとわかってる。だから、明日新たなローカルルールを入れるときは元の
ローカルルールの板を作る。記者はなし。Beと浪人だけ。明日、東亜のローカルルールを更新し、
代わりの板も用意する。
