Although I can read and write japanese without translate machine,
I decide to reply this post in middle school level English for some reasons.
(1.as an admin of the site which not local at Japan;

The posts of some active memembers(sucn as usagi22222 san) are
always targets of somebody whose site ranking is much higher than me,whether the manga is common or rare.
Because he already reposted v01 on July and I considered what had happened before(e.g. baby step v01-03 )
I reposted v02 and after that usagi22222 san said no continue
This may be the only example for me, most time I'm not the first.
I even made some announce beofre to let jisuija not misundertand me.

what I do and what I said are not against KMC memember
if there were not so many other manga sites‘ divers here,
I might post "new" manga at kmc as chocomo does recently , and even jisuimono you can't find at utatane/winmx

There are secrets on KMC manga board,
such as one famous jisuija set up a private forum;
some memembers exchange manga links privately instead of posting thread.
I know the reason why someone won't post

one is test and find the oppisite doesn't know japanese at all;
the other is written by site pre-admin last year
(not serious level; not relate to KMC at all)
I haven't broken any rules inside KMC,
and don't attack KMC/KMC memeber outsite forum,even don't promote my site on signature.
(linkbucks is not mentioned at rules.only jumping to other KMC-like sites to get download link is forbidden.
I juse it to get the statistic sometimes,kmc's traffic to earn money? That's a joke,waste of time)
To say the least, ban (even ban ip) is not the solution.
KMC has 56xxx memembers,not 50 memembers.
Those are site admins, they can build sites,not DOM,
Some of them have uploaded 1~2000 manga titles for several months,
They can become KMC adviser in less than 1 month if they really want and have time.
