自己紹介
手紙やメールで初めての相手には、知らない不審な相手から手紙やメールが来たと思われてしまう可能性があるので、いきなり本題に入らないで、なぜ相手を知ったかなどにも触れながら、自己紹介を行う。

知らないアドレスからのメールは読まずに削除してしまう人も多いので、共通の知人から紹介を受けた場合はその知人の名前を明記する。
