In the case that you didn't know, DS2 story begins after the bad ending of DS1, which Nobita saw his memories of killing his friends.
That is "illusion", and DS2 opening is "illusion" too. However notice that "Nobita killed Doraemon in the true ending" is "fake" since at that time Doraemon was still in the 22nd century.
In fact, after beating the "Real Nobita", Nobita was back to the night that he was angry about being lied by Giant but he didn't kill them yet, so the extra ending is "real".
In the past Nobita denied his memories of killing his friends, but in extra ending, he accepted it and stopped himself from the worst situation.
The following parts of Nobita's adventure are illusions:
1. The entire DS1, including all 3 endings
2. DS2 opening (Does not include the 26th century part)
3. DS2 Chapter 6~8 and final boss
4. All the endings of DS2 except the extra ending.
5. Extra chapter before Nobita beat the true boss
Notice that "illusion" does not mean "fake", like Aihara really entered Nobita's consciousness, as well as Seina's death, which means not all of Nobita's journey is "fake" or "illusion".

[Q1]DS2v1.111 is actually an optional patch. This patch deletes the Engineer mode and the extra chapter, in order to reach extra ending you need to collect things in your second game or more, since the
event before the true boss made the game story way more complicated and hard to explain, not to mention that the "true" DS story ends at the true ending of DS2.
A few bugs are fixed too, like the last stage in the minigame people you killed will be stuck in the wall, but I haven't tested again so there may be further update patch.
After you finishing the translation I may make a patch for jap version too.
[Q2]The text on the safe refers to "Christmas", which is on December 25 (12-25). 1225-331=894. The original hint requires understanding Chinese so you may change it to help Japanese players understand it.

I don't see any other mistakes you have to fix right now.
The extra chapter is kinda hard to explain, only two boss battles and no more things made it a may-or-may-not-be-needed chapter. I am kinda regretted about making this chapter now ^^;
After you release the final translation 1.0 patch I will try to make it playable in Japanese system without Applocale or sth with my newest patch in it. Thank you for your hard work!

Sorry for the late reply.Actually I cannot clear Lunatic Mode no matter what difficulty I choose. I'm not good at playing nobihaza. As for Engineer nosave I did cleared it but it took me some days, since you die you start over again except the final boss.
Lunatic Mode, as well as Engineer mode itself, are a kind of difficulty that simply stops players to clear this game. At least that was what I think when I make this game. And that's why I cancelled engineer in the v1.111 patch.
If any other mode is way too hard to clear you think I will cancel them in my next patch. As for Reisen,it was supposed to have a special ending after you beat her, Maybe I will make it in my next patch too. >>64
