I am Mimi, female Japanese host at Airbnb since 2014, and I am looking for someone to take after the cleaning job. I had been long working with a Philippina lady and she was a great partner so I'd appreciate if I could work with someone like her. You don't necessarily have to be from Philippines if you have satisfactory characteristics for the job. Please tell me about you in the email. I'll let you know if I'd like to meet you. Interview (casual meeting) will be held either at Tsukiji or Tameikesanno as I usually work around there.

The job includes cleaning the apartment, supply goods (cost will be covered by me), reporting me with text and photos. Drug store is available 10m away from the apartment.
The mission is to provide comfortable stay to the guests and avoid getting any complaints about cleanness.
I would like a reliable person who is easy to get in contact with.
Wage:
2500 JPY per time (commute fee included)
Location:
- Shinjuku Sanchome(新宿三丁目): 2 min on foot from E1 Exit
- Shinjuku(新宿): 8 min on foot from 15B Exit
- Higashi Shinjuku(東新宿): 7 min on foot from A1 Exit
Frequency:
2-5 times a week, it varies depending on time
We will share the schedule on Google Calendar.
Regular working time is 11AM-3PM and you can come anytime. I'll let you know check-in and check-out times of guest as soon as I know. All you have to do is get cleaning done before the next guest arrives.
Others:
Experience in hospitality/ housekeeping job is a plus
A big plus if you have friends you can ask the work for when you are not available
