2ch規制解除のためにさっき勝手にbl.spamcop.netから220.254.0.4をdelistってやったら、
ホントにリストから消えたようなんですが、勝手にそういうことしたら何か悪いことありますか？

今回はこのパターンだったと思われます。

delistはIPアドレスの管理者にリストに載りましたよとメールが送られ、
後はまともなプロバイダならSpamcopから情報を貰って当該ユーザーを特定し対処する筈ですｗ。
