これの意味がわかりました。
だいたい想像できていたつもりではありましたが、
ここまでとは思いませんでした。

過去ログを少し漁ってみましたが３～４年前の対応と変わってないようですね。
対応が悪いどころか対処できる人材がいないんじゃないかと思えてきた。
（技術力がある人は辞めちゃってるのかもｗ）。

なにか不都合が起きたら
自分がメアド晒すのでjanisのメアドでメールくれたら、
まちBBS以外の他所のスレのurlを返信するとかすれば利用者を限定
できると思うので、そのときに相談しようと思います。

どうやら文面に（spamcop含）と入れたことで、この件について対応を開始して
いるという意味らしいです。

この仕組み導入後４週連続週末に規制がかかったので、以前からSpamcopのリス
トに載っていた可能性が極めて高いです。

ら全ユーザーに対してウィルス対策、スパム対策を注意勧告しないのは不思議
で仕方ない。

もし、自分のところにウィルス対策、スパム対策の注意勧告のメールが来た人
がいたら知らせてください。

また、周りのjanisの共有IPユーザー（server122.janis.or.jp）の方で対策に
疎いだろうなと思う方が居たら声を掛けてPCを見てあげることが、結局は自分
の不利益を回避する方法なんだと思う。
これはCATVを導入した市町村単位でチンプンカンプンな人をアンケートかなん
かでピックアップして対策したほうが早いのかも。
janisは固定IPを勧めたいのでここまでやる気は無いと思うｗ。

自分にとっての不利益は2chに書き込めないだけだが、実はSpamcopのリストに
載ることによりメールが相手に届かないケースもあるので心当たりのある方は
固定IPの検討をされたほうがいいと思う。

おいjanis、さっさと注意喚起のメールを一斉送信しなさい。
現在の規制によってユーザーが被る具体的な不利益を説明する責任があると思
うんだが･･･｡

４～５日持つならそれでもいいから解除して欲しいんだよぉ

「対応貰った方が良さそうですね。」という言い回しが
解除してもいいんだけどと言う意味なら、
即刻焼かれないなら、その方向でお願いしたい。

お伺いの書き込みに対するレスが半日放置された状況を考えると
これ以上しつこいのは止めた方がいいのかもしれない。
ただ、
解除しても即刻に焼かれる状態　と　一週間に一回焼かれる程度の状態を
一括りで「解除しても無意味」とされるのに少々疑問が残る。

「Spamcop判定が注意喚起と受け取って差し支えない」事が前提であれば、
解除申請を受け入れてくれると思うんだが

広告やコピペなどの荒らしならユーザーを特定し契約解除の確認をするまでは

のなら、速攻で焼かれているわけではないのなら解除されてもいいのではないか？

実際、今回Noneになって15時間が経過している。

プロバイダからの結果報告はまだですが、また規制されることがあると思います。

今後Spamcopで再び規制された場合
『None』になったのを確認して解除の申請を行ってください。
解除してもらえないからといって誹謗中傷する発言はやめましょう。
解除する人はボランティアなので解除する作業を常に行う義務はありません。
解除してくれる方が現れるのを待つしかないのです。

それでも不満があるならグローバル固定IPに変更するかプロバイダを変えましょう。

2ch規制解除のためにさっき勝手にbl.spamcop.netから220.254.0.4をdelistってやったら、
ホントにリストから消えたようなんですが、勝手にそういうことしたら何か悪いことありますか？

今回はこのパターンだったと思われます。

delistはIPアドレスの管理者にリストに載りましたよとメールが送られ、
後はまともなプロバイダならSpamcopから情報を貰って当該ユーザーを特定し対処する筈ですｗ。
