(Who Wants Be a Super Millionaire)を放送した。
“Guiness World Record for most T-Shirts worn at one time”というタイトルを付けた投稿ビデオをまず見てもらいたい。

Description:
Risk Management and the Mass Media: The Fujiya Case
The confectioner Fujiya, which is well known in Japan, not least for its cartoon character girl, Peko-chan, has been in the middle of a scandal since the beginning of this year. The mass media accused the company of using expired milk and chocolate that had passed its expiry date in its products. Since the reports began, Fujiya has barely avoided bankruptcy. Japanese retailers took Fujiya's products off the shelves, the production of cakes had to be stopped for weeks and the company has bled red ink. To survive, Fujiya's management had to find a strategic investor and even decided to sell its Tokyo headquarters building to raise funds.
But all this may have come about as the result of false reports. This is the result of research by Professor Nobuo Gohara, Director of the Corporate Compliance Centre at Toin University of Yokohama Law School, who is trying to help Fujiya recover public trust. Gohara accuses the Japanese media of misreporting and making up many parts of the story. In fact, Gohara says, such misreporting is not uncommon in Japan. Come and find out what really happened in the Fujiya case, who was responsible and what companies in similar situations can do to protect their business.
