Short courses on archives
The library oand Information studies division in the center for
communications technology of the university of Malta is offering
two short courses during January conducted by Theresa Vann,Curator
of the Malta Study center,HillManuscript Livrary St john's University ,Collegeville,
Minnesota,in the US.Course one will deal with modern issues affecting historical
archives and will be given on January 4,6,and 13at the univrsity campus between 5;30 to7;30pm.
Course 2 ,called Archival practicum,will be run in comjunction with the National Archives on Malta.
Classes will be held on the premises of the National Archives in Rabat on
January 8,15,22 and 29 between 9am and noon.

The fee is Lm30 for each course.
Closing date for both courses is December 15.
