すみません、以下の文の構造について質問させてください。

At the show, we've been talking about how - among the many things the pandemic has radically
shifted is this one relationship that doesn't normally get as much attention in our culture - our friendships.

２つのダッシュをどう考えればいいのかが分かりません。
訳は大体わかるんですが、文構造が取れなくてモヤモヤしてます…

among 〜 culture は挿入文。

1.
話をわかりやすくするために、この挿入文について先に説明する。

among 〜 is this one relationship は「倒置」。
「修飾語句（among 〜）＋ is（V）＋ this one relationship（S）」という形。

文法的に元の文と想定されるものに直せば、

this one relationship （that doesn't normally get as much attention in our culture） is
among the many things（the pandemic has radically shifted）

「（われわれの文化において通常あまり注意をひいていない）この一つの関係が、（パンデミックが
劇的に変えた）多くの物事の中にある」
