対策案　＊メールで話がこじれたら公開書簡にする＊（理由　第三者の目を意識させる）

３でプロバイダに連絡しても対応して貰えなかったら
公開書簡にして第三者の目を意識させる事で冷静になるかも知れません。

公開案を受け入れて貰えないなら話し合いを打ち切りますと書いて最後通牒。
公開案を拒否しメールも止まらないなら受信拒否する理由になる。
公開案を受け入れたら全部公開。攻撃的メールのブレーキになるのを期待。

I own a website which contains my fiction writings, and

I explained to the aforementioned visitor that the writings
are in fact original works written by myself and not copied from
anyone/anywhere, but he/she would not listen and continued writing
disturbing comments in the guestbook.

I then banned this person from accessing my site; and since then
he/she is sending me abusive and threatening e-mails.
He/she began sending me e-mails on 【いやがらせメイル一通めの日付】
and I have received 【総メイル数】defamatory e-mails to this date.
Furthermore, he/she is also attacking other websites linked from my site,
who have nothing to do with this matter.

I request you to contact this user immediately and have him/her stop
sending abusive e-mails.

Dear Postmaster:

I have received threatening e-mails which probably came
through your SMTP server.
On 【作品を下げろという要求があった日付】I received an e-mail
requesting a deletion of my fiction writing on my website.
His/her argument was that the work is copied from another author
and that I am infringing on this author's copyright.

I replied to him/her and explained that that is not true; that the
works are written by myself and not copied from anyone/anywhere,
and therefore I have no reason to delete it from my website.

He/she then began to send me abusive e-mails.
Here I attach the entire mails including the headers.
Please investigate into your network and take appropriate actions.

有料スパム対策。
メールアドレスによる受け取り拒否も出来る様です。

登録者にメイルを送るときに、承認画面で
　１、リンククリック
　２、画面に現れる単語を入力
の二段階を踏んではじめて登録者の受信ボックスにメイルが届くシステムです。
一度認証されたアドレスはメンバーリストに登録され、
二回目以降は認証なしでメイルを受信することができます。
そもそもは、ほとんどが自動送信のスパムを、
人力入力のステップを踏ませることにより遮断するシステムですが、
メンバーリストは登録者が自由に編集できるので、
迷惑メイルを送ってくるアドレスは、メンバーリストから削除して遮断することができるようです。
