Though I've got nothing against TOEIC and the teachers who specialize in teaching
the techniques to improve the score, there is a growing sense out there
that TOEIC test score does not really translate into English proficiency
in a practical sense. As a native speaker, how do you think the students in Japan
can or should take advantage of studying for TOEIC test?
