This announcement is made by Wasion Group Holdings Limited on a voluntary basis.
The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Wasion Group Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) is pleased
to announce that on 15 May 2014, the State Grid (國家電網公司) announced the bidding results of the
second centralized tender on smart meters and data collection terminals in 2014, in which the Company
has won contracts for approximately 739,000 units of smart meters with a contract value of
approximately RMB161.06 million (approximately HK$200.32 million). Furthermore, the Company has
also won contracts on data collection terminals and concentrators for approximately 41,000 units with a
contract value of approximately RMB31.67 million (approximately HK$39.39 million). The Company
ranked number one in terms of total contract sum won in this tender.
Up to the date of this announcement, the Company has won contracts with an accumulated value of
approximately RMB694.99 million (approximately HK$867.54 million) in the State Grid’s centralized
bidding in 2014.
