拓也たちの冒険から３ヶ月……
デジタルワールドはこれまでにない異常事態となっていた。
『光』の力をもつデジモンと、『闇』の力をもつデジモンが対立し始めたのである。

拓也たち伝説の十闘士が倒したデジモンは、デジタマから孵り、蘇った。
戦力は十分。２つの勢力に属するデジモンが始動した。

『光』デジモンの司令塔『シャイナモン』。
『闇』デジモンの司令塔『ジャデスモン』。

超越体以上の力を発揮する両デジモンの戦いをとめることはできるのだろうか？
『神原　拓也』『織本　泉』『氷見　友樹』『柴山　純平』『源　輝二』『木村　輝一』
の６人は、長く、険しい戦いのスタートを切る。

拓也たちは平凡な日々を過ごしていた。しかし、携帯から発せられた言葉を聞いて状況が一変した。

午後5:20……渋谷駅前

「……ったく、どうなってるんだ？」
『神原　拓也』。炎のスピリットを受け継いだ少年。小学５年生。

「まったく…どういうことなの？」
『織本　泉』が走ってきた。この少女は風のスピリットを受け継いだ。小学５年生。

「よっ！　泉、久しぶり～」
「そんなこと言ってる場合じゃないの、分かるでしょ？」
「ちぇっ……分かってるよ」

「お待たせ～～久しぶり、泉ちゃん」
『柴山　純平』。雷のスピリットを持つ。小学６年生。

「拓也お兄ちゃん」
『氷見　友樹』。小学３年生。氷のスピリットを持つ。

「よっ！　友樹」
人ごみの中、それぞれは再開を果たした。

「お～い」
「またせたな」
『木村　輝一』『源　輝二』。双子の兄弟。輝一が上(名前から当たり前)。小学５年生。

６人は、自分の携帯を見つめた。確かに聞こえたのだ。オファニモンの声が。

【あなた方にお伝えします。デジタルワールドが光と闇の戦い耐え切れず崩壊の危機に瀕しています。
　助けてください。伝説の十闘士の力が必要です―――――】

そういい残し、通信が途切れた。

「やっぱり、デジタルワールドが危機になってるのか？」
「そう考えたほうがいいな」

拓也と輝二の話に泉が提案をした。

「デジヴァイスないけど……また地下にいけるんじゃない？」

全員は顔を見合わせ、うなずいた。

「……行こう！　エレベータだ！」

６人は、エレベータへと走り出した。

拓也たち６人は、エレベータに乗り、地下へと進む。
そんな中、６人はデジタルワールドのことを話し合っていた。

「いったい……どうなっているんだ？」
「また、虫食いになっちゃったのかなあ？」

友樹の言葉にうつむきながら言葉を出すことができない６人。あれから、オファニモンとの通信もない。

輝一以外の５人がデジタルワールドへ行ったのは地下のトレイルモンだった。今回もトレイルモンに乗って
デジタルワールドに行けるかどうか分からないが、可能性がないわけではない。

子供達は、デジタルワールドにいける事を信じてエレベータで下るのであった。

「…………信じよう……」
輝二が呟いた。

「俺達だって、やればでいるんだ！　今は、できることを……トレイルモンがいることを信じよう」
「「うん！！」」
６人の心はひとつになった。

その時、携帯電話から眩い光が発生した。その光はあまりにまぶしく、６人は目を細くした。

「こ……この光は…？」

拓也がそう言い終わると、光は薄らいでいた。そして、携帯電話はデジヴァイス(ディースキャナ)へと姿を変えた。

全員は表情が和らぎ、微笑んだ。

エレベータは一番下の階に達したのか、止まった。また、勢い良く。

「いってって……あ！」
拓也が前方を見た。そこには…………

「待ってたゾ～～」
１匹のデジモン。『トレイルモンのワーム』がいた。

「やったあ」
「これでデジタルワールドに行けるわ」
「よし、乗り込めっ！」

６人は、ワームへと乗り込んだ。

トレイルモンに乗っていた６人のデジヴァイスには、かつてルーチェモンとの対戦の時までに使用していたデジヴァイスと同じで、
十闘士のスピリットが組み込まれえていた。

拓也たちを乗せたトレイルモンはデジタルワールドへと走る。
そのスピードはものすごく早い。デジタルワールドがどれほどの危機に瀕しているかが物語っている。

「俺達で……戦いを止めるんだ」
自らのスピリット『アグニモン』に語りかける拓也。

ワームは走る。あっという間に人間界とデジタルワールドに境界線を越え、デジタルワールドの景色が流れる。
前のような「ポヨモン」の群れはなく、またも虫食い状態に近いデジタルワールドとなっていた。

「酷い……」
泉が小声で呟くように言った。

「ねぇ、あれなに！？」
友樹が前方を見上げた。

上空には見たことの無いデジモン２匹が戦闘を繰り広げていた。
１匹のデジモンは全身を眩い光で包み、１０枚の羽を持った新種デジモン。もう１匹は全身が紺色に染まっており、クロンデジゾイドに顔が覆われている。

どちらも、さほど大きくはなく、「セラフィモン」や「オファニモン」くらいの大きさだ。

「あいつらがこの戦いの根源なのか……？」
「そう……みたいだな」

輝ニは、デジヴァイスを掲げる。

「待てっ！」
「なんでだ？」

拓也は自分のデジヴァイスを見つめながら言った。

「本当に今まで通りの力が備わっているのなら、ハイパースピリットエヴォリューションだ！　スサノオモンという手もあるが、敵は２体。2vs2の方が戦いやすい」
「……そうだな」

この意見は流石にみんなが同意した。

「行くぞ！　輝ニ！」
「ああ！　(進化してくれよ)」

２人はワームから飛び降り、戦いが繰り広げられている上空へとデジヴァイスを掲げた。
